​Chocolate Sauce
***Makes 3/4 Cup
Almost 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate
6 1/2 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tsp. Heavy Cream
5 Tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Butter
-Double boil your chocolate
-Meanwhile, bring milk to a boil and add the heavy cream
-Bring back to a boil
-Remove the pot from heat and stir in the sugar, melted chocolate, and butter
-Put the pot back on stove and boil the sauce for a few seconds
-Transfer to a bowl and let cool
-Pour into a jar, or bottle and refrigerate
-Enjoy!
